As part of our commitment to you, we’ll BEAT any genuine quote for ground transportation to and from the airport, cruiseport, charter or point to point.  Regardless, if you travel with our shared service, private service or minicoach. 

Terms and ConditionsApplies to genuine quotes for ground transportation on the same day, same service type, same destination, same pick up location, same itinerary and for transportation within Winston’s service area.  Quote subject to equipment availability by Winston.  Quote must be presented at time of booking.  Website based quotes must be easily verifiable by Winston, by entering the competitor’s public website and based on US registered businesses and websites. 

Current means that the competitor’s quote has been quoted within the last 30 days, and it is genuine and available to be booked at the time you present it to us. The Price Beat Guarantee is available to the general public in the USA. The Price Beat Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the carrier’s similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.

Winston will beat any verifiable lower written quote, advertised or confirmation from a competitive ground transportation company.  Competitor must be reputable within the transportation industry and in good standings with such organizations as, but not limited to: USDOT, NYSDOT, NYC TLC, NLA and Nassau TLC.  Must have the required levels of insurance and an acceptable safety rating with all governing bodies.

The Price Beat Guarantee does not include: rates offered on membership programs, volume discounts, bid pricing, corporate discounts or rates, rewards programs, Winston’s VIP reward club, Promotional packages, deals or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals or entertainment are not eligible. 

The Price Beat Guarantee only applies to the transportation base fare.  Excludes sales taxes, tolls, waiting charges, parking fees.

The Price Beat Guarantee is only available prior to purchasing ground transportation from Winston.  Following the purchase (making a booking and/or payment of a deposit) you are not entitled to the Price Beat Guarantee if a lower quote is presented following the booking or travel departure.

Winston reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Beat Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted at Winstontrans.com.  All standard “Terms and Conditions” apply and can be viewed at www.winstontrans.com/winston_policies.
